| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the experiences and lessons of hospitals ＂separating management from enforcement＂ in domestic and overseas. Combines the ＂separating management from enforcement＂ model which groped by public hospitals in several pilot cities. It discusses the management system which suits Guangxi county public hospitals and the model of property right system reform, so as to carry out ＂separating management from enforcement＂ in Guangxi county public hospitals. |
