摘    要:目的 观察外感发热患者中医证候学分布特点及与节气的关系.方法 回顾800例外感发热患者流行病学资料并分析其中医证候学资料,总结中医证候学分布特点及与节气的关系.结果 800例外感发热患者核心证候为表热证(304/800,38.00%)和表寒证(231/800,28.98%),其次为痰热阻肺证(78/800,9.75%)和邪郁少阳证(57/800,7.13%),其他如湿热内蕴证、表湿证、表寒里热证、气分热盛证、秋燥证以及一些合并证型均较少见.2012年初至2013年初,外感发热的发病节气高峰在惊蛰.结论 外感发热中医证候学分布特点明显,发病与节气具有一定的相关性,提示其证候学分布特点在预防及早期诊治时有重要意义.

Distribution Characteristics of TCM Symptomatology of 800 Cases with Exogenous Fever and the Relationship between Solar Term and Incidence

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the distribution characteristics of TCM symptomatology of 800 cases with exogenous fever and the relationship between solar term and incidence. Methods: The epidemiological materials of 800 cases with exogenous fever were reviewed and their materials of TCM symptomatology were analyzed. The distribution characteristics of TCM symptomatology and the relationship between solar term and incidence were summed up. Results: The basic syndrome of TCM syndromes were exterior heat syndrome (304/800,38.00%)and exterior cold syndrome (231/800,28.98%). Phlegm-heat blocking the lung syndrome was 9.75% (78/800). Pathogenic factors in Shaoyang syndrome was 7.13%(57/800). Other syndrome types were rare. From the begin- ning of 2012 to early 2013 ,the incidence of exogenous fever was relatively higher on Insects awaken. Conclu- sion: The exogenous fever cases have typical distribution characteristics of TCM symptomatology before and after disease onset. Solar term has correlation with incidence. The distribution chatacteristics of TCM symptomatology are important to prevention, early diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
