经皮等离子消融髓核成形术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

目的探讨经皮等离子消融髓核成形术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的手术适应证、方法和疗效分析。方法对50例腰椎间盘突出症患者采用经皮穿刺等离子消融髓核成形术治疗，并对其疗效进行观察分析。结果50例患者均获得随访，时间4～20个月。按Macnab评定标准，术后疗效评定：优12例，良29例，可6例，差3例，优良率82％，有效率为94％，无相关并发症发生。结论等离子消融髓核成形术操作简单、安全，痛苦少，创伤轻微，是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的安全有效的微创手术。

Study on coblation nucleoplasty in the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc

Objective To explore the indication, method and effect of coblation nucleoplasty in the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc who received coblation nueleopiasty were analyzed. Results Al1 patients were followed up from 4 months to 20 months. The effects were excellent in 12 patients , good in 29 patients, fair in 6 patients, bad in 3 patients. The cure rate was 82%, and the general clinical effective rate was 94%. No complications occurred. Conclusion The eoblation nucleoplasty is a minimally invasive, effective, rapid and safe procedure for prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.
