湖南城市学院教职工高血压患病情况及与血脂相关性分析

目的了解湖南城市学院教职工高血压患病状况及其与年龄、血脂的相互关系。方法将该院全体女教职工及40岁以上男教职工连续三年体检结果比较分析,并对高血压患者和血压正常者的胆固醇(TC),甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)进行测定比较分析。结果该人群高血压患病率偏高,与年龄呈正相关,高血压患者的TC、TG、LDL均高于血压正常者,而HDL则低于血压正常者(P<0.05)。血压增高与TC、TG、LDL浓度存在正相关(r=0.59,P<0.05),与HDL浓度呈负相关(r=-0.43,P<0.05)。结论湖南城市学院教职工高血压患病率较高,控制血脂尤其是TG增高,改善不良饮食习惯,提高教职工相关的健康知识是控制血压增高的有效措施。

Correlationship Between Hypertension and Blood Lipid Disorders Among Staff of Hunan City University

Objective To study the correlation between hypertension incidence,age and blood dyslipidemia among the staff of Hunan City University.Methods The recent 3-year health check-up data of all female staff and male staff over 40-year-old were used to study the correlation between hypertension incidence and blood lipid profiles disorders including cholesterol(TC),glycerol(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL)and low density lipoprotein(LDL).Results The incidence of hypertension among these staff was high,and correlated positively with age.The TC,TG and LDL levels among the hypertension group were higher than those of the normal blood pressure group,but the HDL was lower(P<0.05).Blood pressure correlated positively with TC,TG and LDL(r=0.59,P<0.05),and negatively with HDL(r=-0.43,P<0.05).Conclusions The incidence of hypertension is high in Hunan City University.It is important to control blood lipid,particularly the TG.Lifestyle improvement,healthy diet,health knowledge and regular exercise to prevent hypertension are also mandatory.
