食用菌的营养成分及药理作用研究进展

摘    要:目的:概述食用菌的营养成分及主要药理作用。方法:查阅国内外近年有关文献资料加以概述。结果:综述了食用菌的营养成分及药理作用方面的研究现状。结论:食用菌含有氨基酸、蛋白质、糖类、脂类、维生素、矿质元素等多种营养成分,具有抗肿瘤、降血脂、抗病毒、免疫调节、保肝解毒等多种药理作用,具有较高的营养价值和药用价值。

Abstract:Objective: To generalize the nutrient composition and pharmacologic effect of edible mushroom. Method: Reading and reviewing the related domestic and foreign literatures in recent years. Results: To sum up the present research situation of the nutrient composition and pharmacologic effect of edible mushroom. Conclusions: Edible mushroom contain amino acid, proteins, saccharide, fats, vita- mins and mineral elements etc. There are effects of antitumor, lowering lipoidemia, antivirus, immunity regulation, protect liver and detoxify, and high value in the nutrition and drugs.
