| 摘 要： | 目的通过对老年慢性心力衰竭患者中西医结合护理观察,总结护理经验,探讨改善慢性心力衰竭患者生存质量的方法。方法对104例慢性心力衰竭患者采取常规护理、心理护理、用药护理及中医辨证施护等综合护理方法。结果 104例患者中,88例患者病情缓解,16例死亡。结论在常规护理的基础上,结合心理护理、病情观察、用药护理及中医辨证施护是提高慢性心力衰竭患者护理质量的有效方法。

104 Cases of Intergrated Chinese and Weatern Medical Nursing for Elderly Patients with Chronic Heart Failure |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the intergrated Chinese and Weatern nursing experience of elderly patients with chronic heart failure,to seek methods to improve the life quality of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 104 cases of elderly patients with chronic heart failure were nursed with comprehensive measures such as routine nursing,psychological nursing,medication nursing,and Chinese medicine syndrome-differentiated nursing.Results In 104 cases of patients with chronic heart failure,88 cases relieved their disease,but 16 cases died.Conclusions The effective methods to improve the life quality of patients with chronic heart failure are the comprehensive nursing measures,which result from basic routine nursing in combination with psychological nursing,disease observation,medication nursing,and Chinese medicine syndrome-differentiated nursing. |
