| 摘 要： | 目的探讨舒喘宁雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿支气管哮喘发作的疗效。方法将78例婴幼儿支气管哮喘住院患儿随机分为两组,对照组30例与治疗组48例均给予吸氧、氨茶碱、激素、抗感染等综合治疗,治疗组给予舒喘宁雾化吸入治疗。结果治疗组总有效率100%,对照组总有效率80%,经统计学处理,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论婴幼儿支气管哮喘患儿在综合治疗基础上给予舒喘宁雾化吸入对改善症状和缩短病程有显著的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effect of aerosol inhalation spray inhalaction with shuchuanning in the infant bronchial asthma.Metholds:Severnty-eight infant patients with bronchial asthma were divided into two groups randomly.The patients were treated with the routine treatment which concluded inhalating oxygen,using aminophylline,cortisome and antiinfected drugs in the control group and treated with aerosol inhalation spray inhalation with shuchuanning as well as the routione treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the control group and the treatment group was 80% and 100% respectively.there was significant statistical difference between the two groups(p < 0.05).Conclusions: It is an effective method to combine aerosol inhalation spray inhalation and the routine treatment for remitting the symptom and shortening the disease course in the infant patients with bronchial asthma. |
