| 摘 要： | 在孔雀体内发现隐孢子虫,并和组织滴虫混合感染。电镜下,隐孢子虫的滋养体和大配子体均寄生在法氏囊表面,大小分别为1.80～2.73μm和4.55～6.20μm。大配子体与宿主细胞之间形成一条粘附带,胞质中充满大量的多糖颗粒和致密颗粒。

| Abstract: | Cryptosporidium was detected in peacocks infected naturally by Histomonas meleagridis under electron microscope.Both the trophozoites and the macrogametocytes developed on the surface of the bursal epithelial cells of peacocks,and the size was 1.80~2.73 urn and 4.55~ 6.20μm respectively.Attachment zone was observed between the macrogametocyte and the host cell.Many polysaccride granules and dense granules were scattered in the cytoplasm of the macrogametocytes. |
