| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对野生箭叶玉簪与栽培箭叶玉簪微量元素含量到定，进行分析比较，以探讨药材中微量元素与其疗效的关系。方法：采用原子吸收分光光度法，对野生玉簪和栽培玉簪的根中7种主要微量元素进行含量测定。结果：实验数据表明，野生玉簪中的7种主要微量元素中有6种明显高于栽培的玉簪。结论：通过以上研究结果表明，野生玉簪与栽培玉簪根中的主要微量元素含量差异很大，为玉簪的开发和利用提供了科学依据。

| Abstract: | Objective : To study the content of major trace elements in wild and cultivated Hosta ensata , and the relationship between trace elements and the clinical efficacy. Methods:To use AAS to measure the content of seven major trace elements in the roots of the two herbs . Results :The experiment showed that six trace elements in wild Hosta ensata are higher more than that in cultivated Hosta ensata . Conclusion :The difference provides scientific basis for development and utilization of this herb. |
