免疫吸附法治疗重症肌无力疗效分析

目的探讨免疫吸附法治疗重症肌无力的临床疗效。方法 40例患者随机分为对照组20例和联合用药组20例,对照组给予常规治疗,免疫吸附法组在对照组治疗的基础上进行免疫吸附治疗;治疗前后检测患者血清AchR-Ab,IgG、IgA、IgM,对患者徒手肌力进行评分,观察临床疗效和安全性。结果与对照组相比,免疫吸附法组显著减低血清AchR-Ab,IgG、IgA、IgM(p<0.05),改善患者徒手肌力MG-MMT(p<0.05),临床疗效显著(p<0.05);两组患者均未发生严重不良反。结论免疫吸附法治疗重症肌无力疗效好,临床值得推广。

IMMUNOADSORPTION THERAPY IN MYASTHENIA GRAVIS

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and safety of immunoadsorption therapy in pa- tients with myasthenia gravis. Methods 40 patients with myasthenia gravis were randomly divided into two groups： control group （ n = 20 ） received conventional treatment, and Irmnunoadsorption therapy group （ n = 20） received Im- munoadsorption therapy base on the treatment of control group. Two group were compared with Serum AchR - Ab, IgG,IgAJgM, MG- MMT, clinical efficacy and safety. Results Compared with the control group, Immunoadsorp- tion therapy group Serum AehR - Ab,IgG,IgA,IgM Significantly reduced （p 〈0. 05） , MG - MMT scores were signif- icantly lower（ P 〈 0.05 ） , and better clinical efficacy （p 〈 0.05 ） ; two groups of patients had no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion Patients with myasthenia gravis received treatment of immunoadsorption have better clinical effec- tive, It is worthy of promotion.
