引流管对化脓性阑尾炎切口感染的预防作用

摘    要:目的观察化脓性阑尾炎术后留置引流管对预防切口感染的作用。方法将该院收治的行手术治疗的化脓性阑尾炎患者46例,随机分为术后不放置引流管组(对照组)和术后放置引流管组(观察组)各23例,对比两组术后切口感染的发生情况及切口愈合情况。结果对照组切口红肿发生率为34.78%,切口感染发生率为30.43%,观察组切口红肿发生率为13.04%,切口感染发生率为8.70%。两组比较观察组明显优于对照组,(P<0.05)。对照组切口愈合时间为(11.54±4.64)d,而观察组切口愈合时间为(7.19±2.45)d,两组比较,观察组较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论术后留置引流管对预防化脓性阑尾炎术后切口感染效果显著,且可以缩短切口愈合时间。

Abstract:Objective To prevent infection of incision drainage tube indwelling of the role of suppurative appendicitis after operation. Methods 46 patients with suppurative appendicitis underwent surgical operation in our hospital were randomly divided into the, less postoperative drainage tube group (control group)and postoperative drainage tube group (observation group)23 cases, compared two groups of postoperative wound infection and healing of incision. Results In the control group, wound swelling occurred in 34.78%, wound infection rate was 30.43%, the observation group incision swelling occurred in 13.04%, wound infection rate was 8.70%. The two group were significantly better than the control group, (P 〈 0.05). Control group, wound healing time was (11.54 ~4.64) d, and the observation group incision healing time was (7.19 e2.45) d, the two groups, the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Drainage tube had significant effect on prevention of incision infections suppurative appendicitis postoperative indwelling after operation, and can shorten the incision the healing time.
