孟鲁司特联合硫酸镁治疗毛细支气管炎的临床疗效观察

目的探讨孟鲁司特联合硫酸镁治疗毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将2010年1月—2012年12月在该院住院的毛细支气管炎患儿95例、随机分成治疗组及对照组,其中治疗组60例,对照组35例。两组均给予常规治疗,治疗组则在常规治疗基础上口服孟鲁司特并联合硫酸镁治疗静脉滴注,比较两组患儿治疗后的临床疗效及主要观察指标。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%、对照组为77.1%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组在喘憋缓解时间、肺部哮鸣音消失时间、平均住院时间天数均低于对照组。组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且患儿在应用孟鲁司特及硫酸镁治疗期间未出现明显不良反应。结论应用孟鲁司特联合硫酸镁治疗小儿毛细支气管炎临床疗效确切,且安全方便,值得在基层医院临床推广。

The efficiency of combined Montelukast and magnesium sulfate for the treatment of bronchiolitis

Objective To investigate the efficiency combined Montelucast and magnesium sulfate for the treatment of bronchiolitis. Methods A total of 95 pediatric patients with bronchiolitis were randomized into treatment group （60 patients）, or control group （35 patients）.All these patients were admitted in our hospital during January 2010 and December 2012. Both groups of patients received conventional therapy. Combined Montelukast and magnesium sulfate （IV drip）was added to the treatment group. Results The total efficiency of the treatment group was 93.3%, the control group was 77.1% （P 〈 0.05）.The wheezing remission time, wheezing disappearing time, and the average length of hospitalization of the treatment group were lower than those of the contIo! group （p 〈 0.05）. No significant adverse reactions were observed in all patients. Conclusion Combined Montelukast and magnesium sulfate is effective for the treatment of bronchiolitis in children. This treatment is also safe and convenient, and thus should be popularized in the primary hospital.
