不同术式治疗复杂输尿管上段结石的疗效比较

目的研究不同术式治疗复杂输尿管上段结石的疗效。方法选取自2010年6月—2012年6月在本院治疗的复杂输尿管上段结石患者150例进行手术研究分析。将150例患者随机分为三组,每组各有50例。A组采用了体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)的治疗方法;B组采用了经输尿管镜碎石取石术的治疗方法;C组采取了经腹腔镜切开取石术的治疗方法。结果三种术式成功率均在50%以上。结论本次研究采用的三种术式均是治疗复杂输尿管上段结石的有效方法,应根据患者的结石大小及身体、经济情况,采取不同的手术方式。

Comparison of the efficacy of different surgical treatment of complicated upper ureteral calculi

Objective To study the efficacy of different surgical treatment of complicated upper ureteral calculi. Methods From 2010 June to 2012 June in our hospital for treatment of complex upper ureteral calculi were 150 cases of operation research and analysis. 150 patients were randomly divided into three groups, each group has 50 cases. A group were treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy （ESWL）treatment; group B treated by ureteroscopic lithotripsy; group C took the laparoscopic lithotomy incision treatment. Results The success rate of three kinds of operation in more than 50%. Conclusion The three methods used in this study were effective methods in the treatment of complicated upper ureteral stones, patients should be based on the size of the stone and the body, the economic situation, adopt different operation mode.
