不同方法治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折临床研究

目的分析使用不同的方法治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效，探讨最佳治疗方法。方法回顾分析老年股骨粗隆间骨折183例，患者平均年龄67．8岁，分别采用非手术治疗、动力髋螺钉（DHS）、髓内钉（PFN）内固定治疗。结果所有病例平均随访14．4个月（2个月至5年），6个月功能无异常：非手术治疗组为67.8％，DHS组为92．3％，PFN组为96．7％。结论不同的老年股骨粗隆间骨折可选用不同的治疗方法，各种方法有其自身特点，PFN是髓内固定，更符合生物力学要求，是治疗股骨粗隆间。骨折最佳的治疗方式。

An analysis of clinical treatment on femoral intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients

Objective To compare the clinical effect of the different methods for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture. Methods The clinical datas of 183 patients with interochanteric fracture were retrospectively analyzed,their average age was 67.8. The treatment methods included no-surgery,DHS and PFN. Results The patients were followed up for 14. 4 months on the average(2 months to 5 years) ,the excellent and good rate of no-surgery group was 67.8% .the excellent and good rate of DHS group was 92. 3 % , the excellent and good rate of PFN group was 96. 7 % . Conclusions The femoral intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients are treated the different methods,all methods have advantages. PFN is the best way for the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture.
