| 摘 要： | 以构建和谐校园为背景,探讨了把握高校学生管理度应注意的几个问题。认为实现高校学生专职管理人员、教师与学生之间的和谐应该成为构建和谐校园的重要内容。其一,要着眼于高校学生思想和行为的新特点,把握好高校学生管理的尺度;其二,要创新高校学生管理体制,使高校对学生的管理不缺位;其三,要加强高校学生自律组织的运作,使高校对学生的管理不越位、不错位。
