学龄前弱视儿童弱视程度分布的探讨

目的探讨玉林市学龄前儿童弱视眼弱视程度分布,为儿童弱视防治干预措施提供资料。方法收集2002年1月至2008年1学龄前弱视儿童420例（808眼）进行回顾性分析。结果学龄前儿童弱视程度以中度弱视不主,综合男女各年龄组,轻度、中度、重度弱视分别占34.65%、57.55%、7.80%;不同性别不同年龄弱视程度构比各有特点。结论玉林市学龄前儿童弱视程度以是中度弱视为主,严重影响视力发育的重度弱视也要引起足够关注,定期深入社区幼儿园进行视力检查和屈光筛查是早发现早治疗弱视儿童眼的有效方法。

The discussion of weak-vision-degree distribution of preschoolers

Objective To disscuss the relontionship between weak-vision-degree distribution and sex, age, provide material to the children weak-vision＇ s prevention and intervention. Methods Collecting 420 weakvision examples （808eyes）which from pre-sehool children from January 2002 to January 2008 to carry on review analysis. Results The weak-vision-degree in pre-school children mainly are moderate,synthesize boys and girls in various-age groups, mild, moderate and serious weak-vision are 34. 65% 57. 55% and 7. 80% ; There are various characteristics in different sex and different age＇ s weak-vision-degree. Conclusion The weak-visiondegree in pre-school children mainly are moderate, the serious weak-vision which influence vision develop seriously must be concentrate on enough, carry on sight-check and refraction-inspect in the community kindergartens regularly is the effective ways to discover and treat children＇ s weak-vision as soon as possible.
