中国人颅骨腭大小孔的观测

本文观察测量200个(400例)成人颅骨的腭大孔、腭小孔的位置、大小(长宽径),为临床麻醉上颌神经、蝶腭神经节及一些分支提供解剖学依据.腭大孔位置分有无第3磨牙两种,有第3磨牙的多数位于第3磨牙内侧,无第3磨牙的多数位于第2磨牙内后方;腭小孔的位置分在腭大孔正后、内后、外后3组,以正后方最多,最少的是后外方.

THE ANATOMY OF MAJOR AND MINOR PALATINAL FORAMENS OF CHINESE

We measured the position and diameters of major and minor palatinal foramens of 200 (from 400 ca-davers) adult crania in order to offer some anatomical data to clinics when they anaestheia the maxillary nerve、sphenopalatinal nerve and their branches. The results show that most of the major palatinal fora-mens are medial to the 3rd malor when there is the 3rd malor; but when there is no the 3rd malor, most of the major palatinal foramens are medial and posterior to the 2nd malor. According to the relationship of the minor palatinal foramens to the major palatinal foramen, we divided the minor foramens into posteri-or、medioposterior and lateroposterior to the major foramen groups. The most common relationship is that the minor foramen is posterior to the major foramen. And the most rare one is the minor lateroposterior to the major one.
