公共管理专业学生实践技能需求的调查

目的：了解学生的需求。探讨适宜的实践教学途径和方式。方法：实施问卷调查，依年级、性别进行比较分析。结果：表达与沟通是最需要提高的能力；男女生对能力需求具有差异；课外小组活动是提高实践技能的最重要途径；对课程设置及实习的评价较低。结论：对实践技能的需求，与自身的个性成熟及知识完善的程度有关，也与社会压力有关。

Survey and analysis on demands of practical capacities of students in public health administration
