原发性胆囊癌12例CT表现

作者总结了１２例经手术病理证实的胆囊癌经ＣＴ及其他影像诊断的结果。讨论了有关检查方法、鉴别诊断和ＣＴ分型问题。ＣＴ回顾性诊断正确率为７５％。胆囊癌ＣＴ表现为胆囊被肿瘤取代、囊内结节或囊壁不均匀增厚。ＣＴ并能发现邻近肝内病灶、胆道梗阻、肝门、胰头区淋巴结转移及肝十二指肠韧带浸润。胆囊癌首选方法是Ｂ超、ＣＴ，可疑病例配合ＥＲＣＰ。

The manifestation of computerized tomography(CT) in 12 patients with primary gallbladder carcinoma

The author confirmed the value of CT and other imaging examinations through a review to the 12 cases proved primary gallbladder carcinoma surgically and pathologically,and discussed the examined methods,the differential diagnosis and CT classification,The retrospective diagnostic accuracy of CT was 75%. The manifestations of CT in the gallbladder carcinoma were wall nodule and uneven thickened cystic wall.Other manifestations of the carcinoma were also found by CT,such as the nearby hepatic lesions,the obstruction of biliary truct,the transition of lymph nodes in the region of hepatic hilus and pancreatic head,and invasion of hepatic-duodenal ligament,The ultrasound with CT was the first selected methods,ERCP may be helped for the suspected cases.
