胆固醇酯转运蛋白抑制剂的研究进展

目的阐述胆固醇酯转运蛋白 (CETP)抑制剂的研究新进展。方法对近年来国内外相关文献进行整理归纳。结果与结论CETP在协调血脂水平中发挥着重要的作用 ,它与冠心病 (CHD)的发生和发展密切相关 ,可能成为治疗CHD的一个潜在的新靶标 ,因此其抑制剂的研发具有广阔的应用前景。

Progress in the study of the cholesteryl ester transfer protein inhibitors

Objective To review the recent progress in the inhibitors of the cholesteryl ester transfer protein (CETP).Method To sum up several recent references and 11 patents which are related with CETP.Results and Conclusion CETP may be regarded as a potentially atherogenic factor,which mediates the exchange of cholesteryl ester (CE) from the high-density lipoprotein (HDL) for triglyceride (TG) in the low density lipoprotein (LDL).The process decreases the level of anti-atherogenic HDL cholesterol and increases pro-atherogenic LDL.The inhibition of the activity of CETP thus represents a potential new therapeutic approach to treat coronary heart disease (CHD).
