超选择动脉插管栓塞化疗晚期舌癌

为探讨新的治疗途径、提高中晚期舌癌治疗效果，自１９９１年～１９９３年，对６例晚期舌癌患者采用经股动脉插管行舌动脉超选择栓塞化疗，取得良好效果。治疗采用患侧舌动脉超选择插管，联合注入顺铂１００～２００ｍｇ，阿霉素１０～２０ｍｇ，丝裂霉素１４～２０ｍｇ等抗癌药局部大计量冲击化疗，并酌情用明胶海绵颗粒部分栓塞舌癌供血动脉。治疗后１周内肿瘤缩小，局部出现坏死、崩解或液化，而全身副作用轻。实践证明，对中晚期舌癌患者于手术前行选择性动脉栓塞化疗是一项值得推广的治疗措施。

THE TREATMENT OF LATE STAGE ACRCINOMA OF TONGUE WITHEMBOLISM-CHEMOTHERAPY BY SUPER-SELECTIVE ARTERIAL INTUBATION

o search new treatment and improvr the treatment result for late stage carcinoma of tongue,6 paticnts were tredted with lingual artery super-selective embolism-chemotherapy by intubation of femoral artery and had good result、Cisplat in 100-200mg,Adriamycin 10-20mg,Mitothycin 14-20mg were combinatively usee for large dose ballist ic chemotherapy and the blood-supply artery of the carcinoma was partially obstructed by gelatin paticles through the lingual artery super-selective intubation.The carcinoma became smaller and had necrosis,disaggregation and liquefaction in a week after the therapy,while the systomic side effect was light.It was demonstrated that the embolism-chemotherapy by super-selective arterial intubation may be a good therapy for late stage carcinoma of tongue.
