胆囊癌的CT与B超诊断价值

目的探讨和比较CT、B超对胆囊癌的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析47例经手术病理证实的胆囊癌患者,就其CT和B超的表现进行对比分析。结果47例胆囊癌患者中CT诊断胆囊癌34例(占72.3%),B超26例(占55.3%)。结论CT对胆囊癌的诊断中晚期优于B超,对肿瘤对周围结构侵犯评估及病变的治疗有重要价值;B超对胆囊癌的诊断早期优于CT,因费用低、可反复、多体位等优点可作为胆囊病变的筛查。

Diagnosis of Gallbladder Carcinoma with Ultrasound and Spiral Computer Tomography

Objective To investigate and compare the diagnostic value of computer tomography （CT） and Ultrasound for gallbladder cancer. Methods Forty-seven cases with gallbladder confirmed by surgery and pathology was included, and comparative analysis was carried out based on their s CT and uhrasound image. Results Among 47 cases with cancer, 34 cases was finally diagnosed by CT （72.3%）, and 26 cases （55.3%） by ultrasound. Conclusion As for the diagnosis of cancer in advanced stage, CT is better than ultrasound ,and it also plays an important role in judging the invasion of tissue around tumor and therapeutic effect. As for the diagnosis of cancer in early stage, ultrasound is better than CT,which can be considered as the screening for gallbladder diseases with many advantages, such as low cost, repeatability, achieving the image based on multi - position and so on.
