参麦注射液联合放化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌30例临床观察

目的探讨参麦注射液联合放化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCIC）的临床疗效。方法60例晚期NSCIC患者随机分成2组,均应用常规NP化疗方案及放射治疗。治疗组在化疗前2 d加用参麦注射液60 mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL中静脉滴注,每日1次,连用15日为1个疗程,2个疗程评价疗效。观察近期疗效、远期疗效及毒性反应等。结果近期疗效治疗组总有效率53.4%,对照组总有效率43.3%,2组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;远期疗效治疗组随访率93.3%,1、2年生存率分别为66.7%、43.3%,治疗组对1、2年生存率分别为46.7%、23.3%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;中位生存期治疗组为11.7个月,对照组为9.6个月,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;毒性反应2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论参麦注射液联合放化疗治疗晚期NSCIC可以减轻毒副反应,提高生存质量,延长生存期,值得推广。

Therapeutic effect of combination of Shenmai injection and radiochemotherapy on advanced nonsmall-cell lung cancer

Objective To observe the effect of combination of Shenmai injection and radiochemotherapy on advanced nonsmall - cell lung cancer. Methods 60 cases of advanced nonsmall - cell lung cancer were divided into two groups randomly. Patients in the control group （ n = 63） were treated by routine NP radiochemotherapy. Patients in the treatment group were treated by combination of Shenmai injection and routine NP radiochemotherapy. The therapeutic course was 15 days in two groups. The short term effect, long - term effect and toxicity were observed for the evaluation of effect after two courses.Results There was no difference between control group （43.3%） and treatment group （53.4%） on total effective rate. The survival rates of one year mad two years in treatment group （66.7%, 43.3% ） were superior to those in control group （46.7%, 23.3%, P 〈 0.05）. The median survival time in treatment group （11.7 months） was more than that in control group （9.6 months, P 〈 0.05 ）. There was difference between control group and treatment group on toxicity. Conclusion Combination of Shetunai injection and radiochemotherapy can decrease toxicity, improve life quality and prolong their survival time.
