| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨高血压病合并糖尿病患者的自主神经活动特点。方法 对46例健康者，59例原发性高血压（EH），27例糖尿病（DM）和14例EH＋DM患者的心率变异性（HRV）进行了对比研究。结果 高血压病和糖尿病患者的心率变异性均低于正常人，以高血压病＋糖尿病患者降低最明显。结论 高血压病、糖尿病患者的自主神经活动受损，高血压病＋糖尿病患者更加明显，其迷走神经张力降低，交感神经张力相对增高，发生心源性猝死的危险性增加。

| Abstract: | Objective To study autonomic nerve system character in patients with essential hypertension (EH) and diabetes mellitue (DM).Methods Compared the heart rate variability (HRV) of patients with EH(n=59),DM(n=27),EH PM (n=14) and 46 normal controls.Results The HRV of EH and DM patients were lower than that of the normal controls,and it of EH DM patients was the lowest.Conclusion The autonomic never system function of EH and DM patients are damaged,its damage of EH DM patients is the most,and the probability of cardiogenic sudden death is higher. |
