| 摘 要： | 从辨证论治术语的提出,分析了辨证论治体系的发展现状,并着重讨论了卫气营血、三焦辨证的研究进展和“微观辨证”“证素”辨证等新辨证方法的产生;指出随着现代科技的发展和疾病谱的改变,宏观辨证开始出现其局限性,而通过病证结合、宏观与微观结合以寻求中医“证”的共性与个性指征,并建立以证候多维靶点为目标的中医辨证论治新体系便成为中医学发展的必然趋势。

| Abstract: | The development current state of syndrome differentiation and treatment system of Chinese(medicine) was analyzed based on the term of"syndrome differentiation and treatment",the research(achievement) in the theory of syndrome differentiation of wei,qi,ying and xue and shanjiao,and some new methods of syndrome differentiation,such as micro-syndrome differentiation,differentiation of(syndrome) factors,etc.were discussed.And with the development of thehnology,science and the change of disease spectrum,macro differentiation of syndromes in TCM came to appear its disadvantage.So it is the essential tendeney to look for the commonness and individuality of syndromes,and built up a new syndrome differentiation system taking the multi-target syndrome as the object. |
