| 摘 要： | 目的分析宜宾市伤寒副伤寒流行特征。方法对2004—2007年宜宾市伤寒副伤寒疫情资料进行描述性流行病学分析。结果4年共发病245例，其中筠连县发病166例，占67．75％；年平均发病率为1．24／10万，各年发病率在0．55／10万～2．41／10万之间，全年均可发病，性别没有明显差别；40岁以下年龄，占发病总数的84．90％；职业以学生、农民、干部职员、家务及待业人员、散居儿童为主，占总发病数的71．84％。结论宜宾市2004—2007年伤寒副伤寒流行病学特征为发病主要集中在筠连县，职业分布较广。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyse the epidemiological features of typhoid paratyphoid. Methods Desriptive epidemiological method was used to analyse the data. Results From 2004 to 2007,a total of 245 cases were confirmed,in which 166 cases(67.75%)were in Junlian County with all average annual incidene rate of 1.24/105 (annual incidence rate ranged 0.55/105-2.4/105).The disease revealed no seasonal or sexual differences.
