| 摘 要： | 医学生是医院的隐形资源,这些资源的诚信建设与医院的发展有看直接的关系.面对高等医学院校内诚信的缺失现象,构建诚信评价体系显得亟不可待.文章就如何构建诚信评价体系,从建立大学生在校期间的诚信记录、诚信承诺、诚信评价、诚信档案等几方面进行了探讨.

| Abstract: | Medical students are invisible resources of the hospital.The honesty and credibility education in them has the direct relationship with the development of the hospital.Facing the sincerity losing phenomena in medical college,it is urgent to form a sincerity evaluation system.This paper discusses how to form this system through several aspects,which include sincerity record,promise,evaluation and file establishment while the students are learning in a college. |
