高血压脑出血术后再出血相关因素及手术对策

目的：探讨高血压脑出血术后再出血的相关危险因素及手术对策。方法：将我院诊治的高血压脑出血术后再出血的患者30例总结分析，总结术后再出血的相关危险因素。结果：患者年龄、GCS评分、术前收缩压、术前舒张压、颅内血肿体积、手术时间间隔、术后24小时平均收缩压、术后24小时平均舒张压、术后甘露醇应用时间间隔、血肿形态不规则、是否发现出血动脉因素密切相关（P 〈0．05），与血糖水平、钻孔引流术及开颅血肿清除术无明显相关性（P 〉0．05）。结论：高血压脑出血术后再出血的相关危险因素颇多，积极有效的术中及术后处理措施是防止其再出血的关键。

The Related Factors and Operation Countermeasures about Recurrence of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Objective：To investigate the related factors and operation countermeasures of recurrence of hypertensive intracerebral hem -orrhage.Methods：The 30 cases with recurrence of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were summarized ,and the recurrence and operation countermeasure of hysteromyoma were analyzed .Results：The relation between age ,GCS score,preoperative systolic pressure ,diastolic pressure,preoperative intracranial hematoma volume ,operation time,postoperative 24h average systolic blood pressure ,postoperative 24h average diastolic blood pressure ,postoperative mannitol application time interval ,irregular hematoma ,finding the bleeding artery and recurrence of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is closed （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：The factors of recurrence of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is more ,so effective operation measures are is the important turning point to prevent the relapse.
