氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀治疗急性心肌梗死疗效观察

目的：探讨氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀对急性心肌梗死患者心肌功能的影响。方法：选取184例急性心肌梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组各92例，对照组患者给予常规心电监护、调整血容量、尿激酶溶栓治疗等，观察组在对照组的基础上给予口服氯吡格雷和阿托伐他汀，3个月后行超声心动图检查，比较2组患者的左室射血分数（LVEF）、舒张末期容积指数（EDVI）、收缩末期容积指数（ESVI），并统计比较2组患者的主要不良心脑血管事件发生率。结果：观察组患者的LVEF 明显高于对照组， EDVI及ESVI 明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P 〈0．05）。观察组主要不良心血管事件发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P 〈0．05）。结论：氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀可明显改善急性心肌梗死患者的心肌功能，降低主要不良心血管事件发生率，值得临床推广应用。

Observation of the curative effect of Acute Myocardial Infarction treated by Clopidogrel with Atorvastatin

Objective：To discuss the effect of cardiac functions of patients with acute myocardial infarction treated by clopidogrel with atorvastatin .Methods：184 patients with acute myocardial infarction were chosen and divided into the observation group and the control group randomly .Each group had 92 patients.Patients in control group were treated by regular electrocardiograph monitoring , the blood volume adjustment and urokinase etc .Patients in the observation group were treated by oral clopidogrel and atorvastatin on the basis of treatment for the control group .Ultrasonic cardiogram was processed after 3 months.Left ventricular ejection fraction （ LVEF） , the end-diastolic volume index （ EDVI） and the end systolic volume index （ ESVI） for patients in both groups were compared .The bad cardiovas-cular incidence rates for patients in both groups were counted and analyzed .Result：The LVEF of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group＇s.The EDVI and ESVI of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group ＇s.The differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The bad cardiovascular incidence rate of observation group was significantly lower than the control group＇s.The differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The cardiac function of patients with acute myocardial infarction would be improved by clopidogrel with atorvastatin obviously .The bad cardiovascular incidence rate would also be lowered , it is worth further promotion .
