盐酸氨溴索联合干扰素雾化吸入治疗小儿病毒性肺炎的疗效观察

目的：观察盐酸氨溴索联合干扰素雾化吸入治疗小儿病毒性肺炎的临床效果。方法：选取我院儿科2011年1月-2014年1月收治的120例重症肺炎的临床资料，分为治疗组与对照组，每组60例，对照组使用常规治疗方法，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上外加盐酸氨溴索联合干扰素雾化吸入，对比观察2组患儿的临床疗效、并发症及预后情况。结果：使用盐酸氨溴索联合干扰素雾化吸入治疗的重症肺炎可有效缩短治疗时间，提高患儿的疗效，减少并发症，值得借鉴使用。结论：治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，并发症少于对照组体征消失早于对照组，与治疗前及对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。

Efficacy of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Combined with Interferon in Treatment of Virus Pneumonia in Children through Aerosol Inhalation

objective：The clinical results of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with interferon in treatment of virus pneumonia in children through aerosol inhalation .Methods：Select the clinical data of 120 cases admitted of severe pneumonia in our hospital＇s pediatric from January 2011 to in January 2014 , divided into treatment group and control group , with 60 cases in each group .In the control group , use conventional treatment .In the treatment group , use ambroxol inhalation nebulizer in combination with interferon besides conventional treatment.Compare the children of the two groups with clinical efficacy , complications and results of cure .Results：The treatment of Ambroxol hydrochloride combined with interferon through aerosol inhalation for severe pneumonia can effectively shorten treatment time ,improve efficacy in children , and reduce complications .Conclusion：It is worth being recommended in the hospital .
