| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨食管癌患者在DSA定位下行食管支架置入术的护理方法.方法:对32例患者做好术前准备、术中配合及术后护理.结果:支架置入均一次成功,患者吞咽困难症状明显缓解或消失,术后当天即可进流质饮食.结论:加强围术期护理是保证手术成功的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the nursing methods in the treatment of patients with esophageal cancer by placement of esophageal stent with DSA positioning.Methods:32 patients undergoing placement of esophageal stent were provided with good preoperative preparation,intraoperative assistance and meticulous postoperative nursing care.Results:The stents were successfully implanted and dysphagia of the patients was eased or disappeared,and they could have some liquid diet on the right postoperative day.Conclusion:Enhanc... |
