| 摘 要： | 目的探讨16层螺旋CT冠状动脉血管成像技术因素与图像质量的相关性。方法436例受检者行16层螺旋CT冠状动脉血管成像检查,将图像行后处理重建显示冠状动脉主干及其主要分支。结果心率对图像质量影响较大,理想心率在55次/分～75次/分,MSCT对冠状动脉主干及其主要分支显示率为80.3%达到诊断要求;选择重建相位窗为75%可提高工作效率;使用注射速率为3.5ml/s,显示冠状动脉清晰且受腔静脉伪影少。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate correlation of the imaging quality and techniques for coronary angiography with 16-slice spiral com- puted tomography.Materials and Methods Multislice Spiral Computed Tomography(MSCT)coronary angiography was performed to 436 patients.The reconstructed images were processed.Results The correlation between heart rate and image quality is significant dif- ference.Selected 75% can improved efficiency obviously.With 3.5ml/s,coronary arteries are clearly displayed and fewer artifact of caval vein.Conclusion The ideal image quality of coronary arteries can be obtained with MSCT angiography under given good technical factors. |
