| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中药复方制剂脑络通抗脑缺血再灌注损伤的作用机制。方法采用急性全脑缺血再灌注模型鼠，观察脑络通对局部脑组织血流量、脑含水量、血中血栓素Ｂ２（ＴＸＢ２）、前列环素（ＰＧＩ２）、肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦ）含量的影响。结果脑络通可明显改善脑缺血后局部脑组织血流量（ｒＣＢＦ），脑组织含水量亦较病理组显著减少（Ｐ＜０．０５），ＴＸＢ２／ＰＧＩ２、ＴＮＦ的异常升高得到明显改善（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论脑络通对急性脑缺血再灌注损伤有显著保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effect and mechanism
of Naoluotong in treating cerebral ischemia reperfusion in rats. Method:ZThe cerebral ischemia
reperfusion models were used.The regional cerebral blood flow,the content of the cerebral
water,the Thuomboxane B2 (TXB2),6ketoProstaglandin F1 and Tumor necrosis factor (TNF)
contents of blood were observed. Results: Naoluotong could obviously alleviate the regional
cerebral ischemia,remarkably decrease the content of cerebral water and alleviate the abnormal
raise of TXB2/PGI2 and TNF in blood. Conclude: Naoluotory have the protective function on the
cerebral ischemia. |
