| 摘 要： | 应用薄层扫描法测定了蛇胆川贝液中贝母甲素，贝母乙素的含量，平均回收率分别为９７．４８％，９９．２５％。并对其它一些贝母制剂的贝母甲素，贝母乙互进行了薄层检识。

| Abstract: | Determination of peimine and peiminine in Shedan Chuanbei Oral liquid was carried out with Shimadzu CS-9000 TLC Scanner.The avarage recoveries of the above two compounds from the samples were 97.48% and 99.25%.Thin layer chromatography was performed to identify peimine and peiminine in the other preparalions containing bulbus fritillariae thunbergii in this study. |
