贲门周围血管离断术治疗门静脉高压症的疗效观察

目的：探讨治疗门静脉高压症的手术方式。方法：对78例肝硬化门静脉高压症病人行脾切除加贲门周围血管离断术，并进行随访。结果：术后门静脉压力降低者40例，平均降压0.59kPa；升高者8例，平均升压0.49kPa；1例无变化。手术死亡2例。随访65例，随访时间8～71个月。术后1年生存率92．1％、3年生存率85．7％、5年生存率76．9％。结论：该术式治疗门静脉高压症疗效可靠。

Effect of Pericardial Devascularization in Portal Hypertension Patients

Objective: To evaluate the operative procedure in treating portal hypertension patients.Methods: 78 portal hyper-tension patients due to li ver cirrhosis undervvent splenectomy plus pericardial devascularization and were followed up. Results: Portal pressure decreased in 40 cases after operation (with the mean decrease of 0. 59kPa) ,increased in 8(with the mean in-crease of post-operation survival rate was 92.1% ,3-year and 5-year post-operation survival rates were 85.7% and 76. 9% re-spectively.Conclusion: Treating portal hypertension patients with pericardial devascularization is effective.
