克罗米芬联合中药治疗排卵障碍性不孕症疗效观察

目的：评价克罗米芬联合中药治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将114例排卵障碍性不孕症患者随机分为研究组（n＝57）和对照组（n＝57），两组均采用克罗米芬治疗，研究组同时加服中药汤剂治疗，疗程为1～3个月经周期，超声检测卵泡发育和排出情况、子宫内膜厚度变化，记录3个月内妊娠率。结果研究组和对照组排卵率分别是73.68％（42/57）和70.18％（40/57），两组排卵率比较，差异无统计学意义。随治疗时间的延长，每周期的卵泡直径渐次增大，研究组卵泡发育优于对照组（ P＜0.01）。治疗后每周期的子宫内膜厚度逐渐增加，且研究组厚度大于对照组（ P＜0.01）。研究组3个月内累计妊娠率43.9％，对照组累计妊娠率24.6％（χ2＝4.487，P＝0.035）。结论克罗米芬联合中药治疗排卵障碍性不孕的效果优于单用克罗米芬。

Observation of Effect of Clomiphene Integrated with Chinese Herbs on Infertility Resulted from Ovulation Dysfunction

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficiency of clomiphene integrated with Chinese herbs on infer-tility resulted from ovulation dysfunction.Methods One hundred and fourteen patients with infertility resulted from ovulation dysfunction were randomized into research group and control group with 57 cases in each group.All patients were given the clomiphene treatment and the cases in the research group also received the treatment of Chinese herbs for one to three menstruation cycles.Follicle development and ovulation ,and endometrial thickness were examined using ultrasonic examination.Pregnant rate was observed during three menstruation cycles.Results Ovulation rates in research group and control group were 73.68% （42/57） and 70.18% （40/57） respectively , without significant difference between two groups.With the increase of the treatment ,the follicle diameter in each menstruation cycle became larger and endometrium became thicker.Follicle development and endometrial thickness in research group were obviously better than those in control group （P〈 0.01）.Total pregnant rate in research group was 43.9% and in control group was 24.6% ,with sinificant difference between them （ P = 0.035 ） . Conclusion The effect of clomiphene integrated with Chinese herbs was superior to clomiphene only in the treat-ment of infertility resulted from ovulation dysfunction.
