藏诺牌二十五味珍珠丸治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效观察

目的：观察藏诺牌二十五味珍珠丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将212例确诊的冠心病心绞痛患者按入院时间随机分为治疗和对照两组，其中治疗组（珍珠丸组）106例，单纯服用藏诺牌二十五味珍珠丸治疗，对照组（常规治疗组）106例，给予临床常规综合治疗，两组均连续治疗8周。结果治疗组的总有效率（93.4％）与心电图改善总有效率（88.68％），均高于对照组总有效率（73.6％）与心电图改善总有效率（66.04％），均差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.01）；治疗组血黏度各项指标也均显著低于对照组（ P＜0.05）。结论藏诺牌二十五味珍珠丸具有明显扩张冠状动脉、改善心电图、降低血液黏度等作用，可显著改善冠心病心绞痛症状，临床疗效显著。

The Clinical Effect of Zangnuo Brand Twenty-five Flavors Pearl Pill in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zangnuo brand twenty-five flavors pearl pill in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods 212 cases of patients with coronary heart disease an-gina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to admission time.The treat-ment group （pearl pill group） of 106 patients was treated with Zangnuo brand twenty-five flavors pearl pill ,and western conventional treatment for the control group （conventional treatment group） of 106 patients.After contin-uously treatment for 8 weeks ,the clinical effects of both group were analuzed.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.4% ,whereas 73.6% in the control group.The total efficiency of ECG detection in the treatment group was 88.68% ,whereas 66.04% in the control group.There were significant differences between two groups （P〈0.01）.Various indexs of blood viscosity in the treatment group were significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Zangnuo brand twenty-five flavors pearl pill can expand coronary artery and improve ECG ,reduce blood viscosity.It can significantly improve the symptoms of coronary heart disease angi-na pectoris and have a significant clinical effect.
