| 摘 要： | 目的了解精神科护士的心理健康状况。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)评定195名精神科护士的心理健康状况。结果精神科护士SCL-90的各项因子得分均高于常模。年轻护士躯体化、人际关系、焦虑、敌对、恐怖因子得分均高于中年护士。结论精神科护士的心理健康值得关注，年轻的护士心理问题较为突出。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the mental health status of psychiatric nurses. Methods 195 psychiatric nurses were surveyed by the symptom checklist （SCL-90）. Results Each factor score of SCL-90 of psychiatric nurse was higher than those of the norm. The factor scores of somatization, interpersonal relationship, anxiety, hostility, phobic in young nurses were higher than those in the middle-aged nurses. Conclusion Mental health o~ psychiatric nurses needed to be concerned. The psychological problems of young nurses were more prominent. |
