热毒宁注射液联合如意金黄散穴位贴敷治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效评价

目的 评价热毒宁注射液联合如意金黄散穴位贴敷治疗毛细支气管炎患儿的临床疗效。方法将60例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为观察组及对照组各30例,对照组给予扣背排痰、普米克令舒（布地奈德）雾化止咳平喘、退热等对症治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案基础上采用热毒宁注射液联合如意金黄散穴位贴敷辅助治疗。比较两组临床表现、免疫球蛋白水平及有效率的差异。结果 观察组患儿体温恢复正常时间、喘憋消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、气促缓解时间、住院时间均较对照组短,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）;其中以肺部啰音消失时间的差异最为明显（P=0.019）,其次为住院时间（P=0.021）及咳嗽消失时间（P=0.023）。治疗前两组患儿的IgE及IgG水平比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后观察组IgE水平显著下降,且明显低于对照组（P=0.002）,而IgG水平明显高于对照组（P=0.016）。观察组治愈率达56.67%,总有效率为86.67%;对照组分别为33.33%及70.00%,两组的总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P=0.026）。观察组无患儿出现呼吸衰竭等并发症。结论 热毒宁注射液联合如意金黄散穴位贴敷治疗毛细支气管炎有较好疗效且安全性高。

Curative Effect Evaluation on Reduning Injection Combined with Ruyi Golden Powder Acupoint Sticking for the Children with Bronchiolitis

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Reduning injection combined with Ruyi golden powder acupoint sticking therapy on capillary bronchitis. Methods Sixty cases with capillary bronchitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Thirty cases in control group were given back row of phlegm,general mick to shu（budesonide） atomization cough and asthma, antifebrile, such as symptomatic treatment. Thirty cases in observation group were added Reduning injection combined with Ruyi golden power acupoint sticking therapy on the basis of treatment in the control group. Clinical manifestations,immunoglobulin and efficiency rate were compared between two groups. Results Time of body temperature returned to normal, asthma disappearing time, cough disappearing time,lung rales disappearing time,time for the relief of shortness of breath, length of hospital stay in observation group were statistically shorter than those in control group（all P〈0. 05） ,with the most obvious difference in lung rales disappearing time（P = 0. 019）, followed by the length of hospital stay（P = 0. 021）and cough disappearing time（P= 0. 028）. Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in IgE and IgG between two groups. However,after treatment IgE significantly decreased in observation group, and was obviously lower than the control group（P= 0. 009.）, whereas IgG in observation group is significantly higher than that in control group（P=0. 016）. Cure rate and total effective rate of observation group was 56.67% and 86.67% respectively, obviously higher than 33.33% and 70.00% ,respectively in the control group（P=0. 026）. There was no complica-tions such as respiratory failure in children of observed group. Conclusion Reduning injection combined with Ruyi golden powder acupoint sticking therapy is effective in treating capillary bronchitis and with high safety.
