| 摘 要： | 本文对复方氯霉素滴眼液的制备方法及临床应用进行了研究。该滴眼液由氯霉素、地塞米松磷酸钠和氯化钠组成。实验结果表明，处方设计是合理的，并确定了质量控制标准。通过临床应用效果满意。

| Abstract: | We studied the preparation and clinical use of the compound chloramphenicol eyedrops,which consist of chloramphenicol,dexamethasone sodium phosphate and sodium chloride. We believe that the preformulation is rational,the standard for quality control in the productionwas established.The clinical use has shown that the effects of the eye drops are excellent. |
