| 摘 要： | １９９１年５－１０月，作者从肠道门诊痢疾患者的粪便中分离出３２５株志贺氏菌，对其中的２４８株做１７种抗菌药物的敏感试验，对其结果进行分析。同时做了大肠埃希氏菌与志贺氏菌的耐药质粒接合传递试验，并对志贺氏菌耐药性原因进行了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | The authors isolated 325 strains of Shigella in feces specimens of patients with dysentry from intestinal tract clinic since May. to Oct. 1991. 17 antimicrobial drug sensitive tests were carried out for 248 strains of Shigella, and the results were analysed. In the mean time, E. coli and Shigella's drug resistant plasmid joining transportation were tested. Preliminary causes of drug resistance to shigella were study. |
