肢体侵袭性纤维瘤的高频声像图表现及彩色多普勒血流显像分析

目的：探讨高频超声显像及彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)对肢体侵袭性纤维瘤的诊断价值。方法：分析了42例肢体侵袭性纤维瘤的声像图特征及病理结果，并与X-线，CT，MRI等影像检查结果进行了对照。结果：肢体侵袭性纤维瘤的主要声像图特征为：1．软组织内肿瘤，呈现以低回声为主的混合性回声，后方声衰减明显；2．肿瘤无包膜回声，形态不规则，边缘不规整，但与周围组织境界尚清晰；3．瘤体内多数可探及稀疏点状血流信号(37／42)。超声术前诊断与术后病理符合率为90．5％，为手术方案的制定提供了重要依据。结论：超声对肢体侵袭性纤维瘤的诊断有重要临床价值，可作为肢体侵袭性纤维瘤的首选影像学诊断方法。

Evaluation of High Frequency Ultrasonography and Color Doppler Flow Imaging in Diagnosis of Aggressive Fibroma in Extremity

Objective:To evaluate the value of hi gh frequency ultrasonography in diagnosis of aggressive fibroma in the extremity. Methods:The features of ultrasonography and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in 42 patients were retrospectively reviewed and compared with those of X ray,CT,MRI and histology.Results:The s onograms manifested as follows:1)tumors in soft tissue appeared mixed echoic and mainly heterogeneous , hypoechoic masses with marked attenuation in the posteri or region;2)irregular shape with sharp demarcation without capsule;3)few and sca ttlred color Dopper flow signal could be found in most cases(37/42).The ultrason ic diagnosls was coincided 90 5% with histological results.Conclusions:Ultrasonography is an excellent method for dia gnosis of aggressive fibroma in extremity.It can provide important accordance f or surgical planning.
