泌尿生殖道支原体液体培养与固体培养比对

摘    要:目的:验证泌尿生殖道支原体液体培养,准确地为鉴定临床用药提供科学理论依据。方法:对636例用Mycoplasma IST2支原体试剂盒液体培养阳性的标本转种在支原体固体培养基,按培养条件和时间要求进行低倍显微镜结果确认。结果:泌尿生殖道支原体液体培养阳性率为33%,固体培养阳性检出率为32%。结论:泌尿生殖道支原体液体培养与固体培养相符率为97%,支原体液体培养变红且清亮不用做固体培养,支原体液体培养变红且混浊需要加做支原体固体培养,将支原体固体培养的金标准与快速带药敏的液体培养相结合达到试验互补,避免了假阳性造成的误诊,合理使用抗生素,确保医疗安全。

Abstract:Objective Verify myeoplasma liquid culture, accurate identification of clinical medication scientific theory. Methods On 636 cases with French bioM6rieux myeoplasma ist2 Mycoplasma kit liquid culture positive specimens transferred species produced in France myeoplasma organisms Meri solid medium, according to culture conditions and time requirements for low - power microscope confirmed. Results Myeoplasma liquid culture positive rate was 33% ,solid culture positive rate of 32%. Conclusion Mycoplasma liquid culture in line with the solid culture was 97% and the clear red liquid culture myeoplasma do not do solid eulture,mycoptasma red and turbid liquid culture do need to add solid culture myeoplasma,myeoplasma solid culture will be the gold standard and fast liquid culture with susceptibility testing combined to achieve complementarity ,to avoid false positives caused by misdiagnosis ,rational use of antibiotics ,ensure medical safetyKey.
