| 摘 要： | 目的探讨无创性检查方法诊断冠心病的准确性。方法对101例经心电图彩超等无创性检查方法疑为冠心病的患者进行冠状动脉造影检查，对其临床资料进行分析。结果经冠状动脉造影（冠心病诊断的全标准）确诊为冠心病患者34例。排除冠心病诊断者67例。结论无创性检查方法诊断冠心病假阳性率较高，有必要倡导广大基层医院广泛开展冠脉造影检查，减少误诊率。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the accuracy of non-invasive examination in diagnosing coronary heart disease.Methods Coronary Arteriongraphy was performed to 101 cases suspected to have coronary heart disease in the non-invasive examination such as ECG and Colored Doppler,and the clinical data were analyzed.Results 34 cases were finally diagnosed to have coronary heart disease by coronary arteriongraphy,the former diagnosis of coronary heart disease in 67 cases was negated.Conclusion The false positive rate of non-invasive examination in diagnosing coronary heart disease is very high;coronary arteriongraphy should be promoted in basic hospitals so as to decrease the misdiagnosis rate. |
