800例糖尿病高血压患者抗高血压药应用分析

目的：了解糖尿病高血压患者的用药状况，探讨临床使用抗高血压药的特点，为合理治疗糖尿病高血压提供参考。方法：采用回顾性调查方法．对800例住院治疗糖尿病高血压处方进行药物利用分析，内容包括药物的种类、用药频度（DDDs）、药物利用指数（DUI）以及联合用药情况。结果：DDDs排序前5位是培哚普利、卡托普剁、氨氯地平、氯沙坦和硝苯地平控释片；大部分药物的DUI接近1．00，联合用药以血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂（ACEI）与钙通道阻滞剂（CCB）联用最多。结论：大部分用于治疗糖尿痛高血压的抗高血压药的使用比较合理。

Analysis of Utilization of Antihypertensive Drugs in 800 Patients with Diabetic Hypertension

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the drug use in patients with diabetic hypertension and to discuss the characteristics in clinical use of hypotensive drugs in order to provide reference for rational treatment of diabetic hypertension. METHODS： The utilization of antihypertensive drugs in 800 patients with diabetic hypertension was analyzed retrospectively in respect of the drug variety, DDDs, drug utilization index （DUI） and drug combination. RESULTS： Dominating the first 5 places on the list of DDDs were perindopril, captopril, amlodipine, losartan and nifedipine, respectively. The drug use indexes （DUI） of most of the drugs were close to 1.00. Drug combination was mostly seen in the combined use of angiotensin - converting enzyme inhibitor （ACEI） with calcium channel blockers （CCB）. CONCLUSION ： The utilization of most of antihypertensive drugs for the treatment of diabetic hypertension was rational.
