| Abstract: | The recent domestic and overseas progress of liposome as carriers for topical and trans dermal delivery was reviewed. The authors discussed the characteristics of liposome as carriers for topical and trans dermal delivery, mechanism of liposome topical delivery and the factors which influence topical liposome absorbance, and tried to provide supporting for liposome preparation research. It was suggested that liposome is a promising carrier for trans dermal drug delivery system. |
