补肾化瘀利水法治疗糖尿病肾病临床观察

目的:观察补肾化瘀利水中药对糖尿病肾病的治疗效果。方法:将56例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为两组,对照组给予控制血糖、饮食管理等常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服补肾化瘀利水中药治疗,治疗1个月后对两组治疗结果进行对比分析。结果:治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组空腹血糖、24 h尿蛋白定量、肾功能、血脂均有明显改善(P<0.01)。结论:补肾化瘀利水法治疗糖尿病肾病可以明显改善患者肾功能。

Clinical efficacy of Bushen Huayu Lishui decotion on diabetic nephropathy:Report of 56 cases
