护士颈肩综合征现况调查及患病危险因素分析

目的抽样调查某市2所三甲医院护士颈肩综合征的患病情况,分析患病的危险因素,探讨预防护士颈肩综合征发生的方法,为促进护士职业健康提供理论依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法对187名护士进行自填式问卷调查,分析颈肩综合征患病的危险因素。结果护士颈肩综合征患病率为23.53%,年龄较大、工作环境差、工作满足感差、缺乏社会支持、缺乏睡眠等是颈肩综合征患病的危险因素。结论护士颈肩综合征的发病状况不容乐观,医院有必要采取针对性的措施预防护士颈肩综合征的发生。

A survey on prevalence and risk factors of neck--shoulder syndrome among nurse

Objective To investigate the prevalence and potential risk factors of neck--shoulder syndrome among nurse and to provide some evidence for making health promotion and prevention intervention. Methods A total of 187 nurse were invited for the study by stratified cluster randomly sampling method, the data on prevalence and risk factors of neck--shoulder syndrome were col- lected by a self--programmed questionnaire Results The 1--year prevalence of neck--shoulder syndrome was 23. 53%, and the risk analyses showed that the old age, poor working environment, low job satisfaction, lack of social supports, lack of sleep were risk factors of neck--shoulder syndrome Conclusions The prevalence of neck--shoulder syndrome among nurse is high, some effective measures and control strategies should be taken for preventing the relevant factors.
