优质护理服务在流行性出血热中的应用

目的探讨优质护理服务在流行性出血热中的应用及其效果。方法将感染病科2010年11月—2012年12月收治的流行性出血热患者36例随机平均分为护理干预组以及对照组,护理干预组采取优质护理的方式对每位患者进行评估、制定个性化的护理计划、落实措施、及时评价;对照组给予常规护理。最后对平均住院日、并发症发生率、患者的焦虑程度、患者满意度进行比较。结果采取优质护理组在平均住院日、并发症发生率、患者的焦虑程度、患者满意度上均优于常规护理组。结论对流行性出血热患者实施优质护理服务,有助于患者安全渡过各型分期,缩短住院日,有效减少并发症的发生,明显提高患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。

The application of high-quality nursing care in the treatment of epidemic hemorrhagic fever

Objective To explore the application and effect of high-quality nursing care in the treatment of epidemic hemorrhagic fever. Methods From Nov 2010 to Dec 2011,36 patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever were randomly divided into nursing intervention group and control group,with 18 cases in each group. Patients in nursing intervention group were treated with high-quality nursing care,the patients evaluation,personalized nursing care plan,specific measures and timely effect evaluation were carried out. Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing. The average hospitalization days,complication rate,and degree of anxiety and satisfaction of the patients were compared. Results The average hospitalization days,complication rate,and degree of anxiety and satisfaction of the patients in nursing intervention group were superior to those of the control group. Conclusion To patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever,the carry out of high-quality nursing care was helpful to get through the various stages,shorten hospitalization days,effectively reduce complication and increase satisfaction of the patients,which should be popularized in clinic.
