硅胶胃管旋转插入法在小儿保留灌肠中的应用实践

目的探讨硅胶胃管旋转插入法在小儿保留灌肠中的应用效果。方法选取64例肠道感染患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组32例。试验组给予硅胶胃管旋转插入法行保留灌肠。对照组给予常规保留灌肠法。比较两组一次性插管成功率、插管时间、药液保留时间及药液损失量。结果试验组一次性插管成功率为93.8%,对照组为65.6%,两组比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。试验组平均插管时间为(2.87±0.55)min,对照组为(4.40±0.53)min,两组比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。试验组药液保留时间为(31.33±11.84)min,对照组为(8.67±3.79)min,两组比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。试验组药液损失量为(0.77±0.47)ml,对照组为(1.76±0.38)ml,两组比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论采用硅胶胃管旋转插入法进行小儿保留灌肠,可有效提高临床疗效。

The application of silicone stomach tube with rotate insert method in pediatric retention enema

Objective To evaluate the application and effect of silicone stomach tube with rotate insert method in pediatric retention enema. Methods 64 children of intestinal infection were randomly divided into treatment group andcontrol group, 32 cases in each group. Silicone stomach tube with rotate insert method were used in treatment group and conventional retention enema was used in control group. The one--time success rate of intubation, intubation time, liquid retention time and liquid yield loss were compared between the two groups. Results The one--time success rate of intuba- tion was 93.8% in treatment group, as compared with those of 65.6% in control group, showed significant differences be- tween the two grouPs（X2 =7. 819,P〈0. 05）. The intubation time was（2. 87±0. 55）min in treatment group, as compared with those of（4. 40±0. 53）rain in control group, showed significant differences between the two groups （t = 3. 477, P〈 0. 05）. The liquid retention time was（31.33± 11.84）min in treatment group, as compared with those of（8. 67±3.79）min in control group, showed significant differences between the two groups（t=3. 157,P〈0. 05）. The liquid yield loss was（0. 77 ±0. 47）ml in treatment group, as compared with those of（1.76±0. 38）ml in control group, showed significant differences between the two groups（t=2. 860,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Using silicone stomach tube with rotate insert method in pediatric retention enema can improve curative effect, worth clinical promotion.
